2012 Events

February 2012 15c University

The next 15c University will begin in February. The 15c University is a 6 week class that teaches students how to deductively blind taste wine, tasting of wines from all the major wine producing regions around the world, food pairing suggestions and service. There is a PowerPoint presentation and handouts for students to follow along. There can be large amounts of wine served so please consider getting transportation after class. Each class is Tuesday night from 6-8pm at 15c in Templeton. February is sold out, sign up now for May.  

Saturday February 11th Date Night

Come celebrate with us or bring a date. We will be offering specials on drinks by the glass and additional specials for couples at the bar. Specials include a bubbles bar, oysters, chocolate dipped strawberries and more. Specials will be offered all day and a DJ will be in that night!

 
Focus Tastings

Sunday Feb 26th Focus Tasting 

Meet Mike Sinor, Pinot Noir producer and expert. Learn about his travels, mentors, and past experiences while tasting Mike’s label, Sinor La Valee. Compare it then to Pinot from different terriors around the world. Tasting is $45 and will sell out fast. It is open to industry members or graduates of the 15c wine university on a first come first serve basis. The tasting panel to discuss and lead the wine tasting includes Ali Rush Carscaden (owner and sommelier) and Stephy Terizzi (viticulturalist & sommelier). We plan on offering tastings with different themes every month, so watch for upcoming events!
