15c Wine University

The 15c wine university will begin again February 5th.

course outline | The University course is a 6 week, 12-hour class that covers basic wine appreciation, production, economics and blind tasting while touring and tasting wines from all the major wine producing regions of the world.

duration | The class is held Tuesday nights at CLAVO Cellars in downtown Templeton from 6-8pm for 6 weeks

wine selection | wines tasted during the university are hand selected by Ali and include some of the most prestigious, obscure and hard-to-find wines in the world
